If C refers the sale: C earns the regular commission. B will earn level 1 commission. A will earn level 2 commission.
If B refers the sale: B earns the regular commission. A will earn level 1 commission.
NOTE:
1. The parent of the affiliate (who refers the sale) will always be level 1.
2. The regular commission here is the commission that is set in the commissions tab (or can also be called direct commission)
